This policy covers lifetime plans bought directly on dropbucket.io. Dropbucket is run by 38South Digital Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia (“we”, “us”).
14-day money-back guarantee
If you change your mind, email support@dropbucket.io within 14 days of buying. Tell us the email address you bought with or your licence code. You don’t need to give a reason.
Direct purchases are sold by our reseller, Paddle.com, so Paddle issues the refund. It goes back in full to the card or account you paid with and usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. You can also ask Paddle directly using the link in your receipt, or at paddle.net.
What happens to your account
When we refund an order, its licence code stops working and your workspace moves to the Free plan, so paid features switch off. Nothing is deleted: your files stay in your own storage bucket and your account stays open.
After 14 days
We don’t give change-of-mind refunds after 14 days. That doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws where you live. If Dropbucket has a major problem we can’t fix, contact us and we’ll put it right or refund you.
Purchases through AppSumo
If you bought Dropbucket on AppSumo, AppSumo’s refund policy applies. Ask for a refund through your AppSumo account.
Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund. You can delete your account at any time.
